Child Portrait Policy
1. To prevent confusion and to promote safety, I will only sell copies of the photos I take of a child to the family member I originally deal with. If other family member would like copies, the person who I originally deal with can contact me and we can work out how many and what size. This will prevent someone from claiming to be a "friend" or "family member" and receiving a photo of your child.
2. Your child's photo will never be placed on my web site without your approval! I have a short contract that you will be asked to sign when the photos shoot takes place. (To view a copy please click HERE). On this contract, you will have the opportunity to give permission for your child's photos to be placed on my web site. Again, I would like to stress your child's name will NEVER be used on my website.
3. For the safety of the child, I will only take photos of a child with a relative's permission. While I realize that photos can be a special treat for your friends, I ask that you please bring either a parent or a grandparent with you for a shoot.
4. I do not do nudes of children, no matter what the age. PERIOD! If you are looking for bathtub shots, I will not be able to help you.
